Tuna salad

Ingredients

2 cans (6 oz each) water-packed tuna
½ cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped green onions
6½ Tbsp low-fat mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Rinse and drain tuna for five minutes. Break apart with a fork.
  2. Add celery, onions and mayonnaise, and mix well.

Yield: 5 servings (½ cup each)
